Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Our returns/refunds policy (if any) will be stated at checkout or on a dedicated page. Where required by law, consumers retain their statutory rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redotafrica will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. In any case, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redotafrica and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict of laws. Courts located in Rabat, Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer laws in your country require otherwise.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective upon posting with a new effective date.
